RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:
- All items purchased are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they are defective.
- Returns or exchanges are only permitted for defective items.
- Sizing issues cannot be accommodated as we provide detailed sizing charts for our products.
- To initiate a return for a defective product, please email us at info@kingdomseekers.co with photos of the defect so we can promptly address the issue.
- the item(s) must be in unused, unworn, unaltered, and odor-free condition.
- We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for refunds to reflect on your account, depending upon the bank.
- We do not offer credit notes. All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
